I tried out a few new recipes this weekend. Pumpkin walnut bread, and pita bread. Enjoy!

Pumpkin bread from Willow Bird Baking. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Super moist* too!

Pitas from Under the Highchair. Mine were nowhere near as airy and puffy but still tasty.

*Why do so many people dislike the word moist? My husband thinks it’s disgusting, so we looked up some synonyms. One of them was dank. Dank definitely doesn’t sound any more appetizing than moist..it sounds like a creepy, smelly old basement to me! Anyone else agree?
